Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Tuners Mobile Auto Detailing, we understand that life happens. We strive to be flexible, but because our appointments are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations & Reschedules

· Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

· Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

· No-shows without any communication may result in a 50% service fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Weather Policy

As a mobile service, weather can sometimes impact our schedule. If weather conditions prevent us from completing your service, we’ll reach out as early as possible to reschedule at your convenience—at no charge to you.
