At Tuners Mobile Auto Detailing, we do our best to make scheduling easy and flexible for all of our customers. Here’s how our appointment process works:

Booking an Appointment

Customers can request an appointment in the following ways:

· Website Form: Fill out our online request form with the services you’re interested in and your contact details. We’ll follow up by phone or email within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time and finalize details.
· Phone Call or Text: Prefer to speak directly? Call or text us anytime during business hours.
· Email or Social Media: You’re welcome to email us or message us on social media with your appointment request.

Please note: Appointments are not confirmed until we’ve spoken with you to finalize the time, location, and services requested.

Appointment Confirmation
Once we’ve confirmed your appointment, you’ll receive:
​
· Your scheduled date and time
· A breakdown of the services requested
· Any prep instructions (if needed)
We’ll also send a reminder the day before your appointment to ensure everything is still good to go.

Arrival Window
Because we’re a mobile service and travel between locations, we ask that customers allow for a 30-minute arrival window in case of traffic or job delays. We’ll always keep you informed if we’re running ahead or behind.

Customer Responsibilities
· Please ensure we have a safe, accessible area to work on your vehicle.
· Make sure the vehicle is unlocked and free of personal belongings as much as possible.
· If you won’t be present during the service, let us know in advance so we can arrange access.
